Visitation prepare for the Jubilee with a new website In 1610, St. Francis de Sales and St. Jeanne de Chantal considered a religious congregation of Christ which manifests virtues of gentleness, humility and simplicity. Today, the Visitation in the world are preparing for the 400th anniversary of the founding of the Order, which will take place next year.
To help celebrate, the Brooklyn Visitation Monastery in New York has launched a new website that explains the Order's charism and spirit of the community. The community, located within beautiful gardens, overlooking the Manhattan skyline. The group is contemplative, while the sisters to administer a primary school, private school for girls, Visitation Academy.
