How about a couple who spent hours on the phone but I have never met in person? Lonely or Soulmates?

This happened over a year and I wonder what they could talk for an hour or more each time they speak.

My cousin is currently in a long distance relationship with her bf, she has been known for three years but never met in person, he knows all about her, and she knows everything about him too. I call them soulmates, so you guys are probably too.
