I have cousins in Baku Azerbajan I havent seen ia long as I want them to come visit us, but I dont know what visa file for. can someone plese point me in the right direction

There is nothing you can do to your cousins, they should submit themselves to the U.S. embassy in their country.

Your cousins need to apply for a tourist visa at the U.S. embassy in Baku, you can not do it for them.

counsind you must apply for a tourist visa for 90 days at an embassy or consulate us in Azerbaijan. there is no other way to do it.
If your relatives are approved and stay over 90 days they will not be able to obtain another visa for 5 years
