Previews Star Wars Episode V: Empire Strikes Back? So I wrote an article on Episode V: The Empire Strikes cons, and I'm stuck on a question. I am supposed to discuss the characters of Yoda and Obi-Wan Kenobi, and their influence on Luke. I remember this episode, Luke was studying to be Jedi, but as far as mentoring goes I do not really remember. I know that Yoda and Obi-Wan are important characters, but why are they crucial to the heart of the story? Any input would be greatly appreciated. In addition, if you want, so leave a name or means of communication so that I can cite my sources in my paper. Thank you.
Yoda is the Jedi Luke guardians. The means are the Jedi art of using the mystical, magical Force to become a warrior and save the galaxy. Obi-Wan Kenobi appears when Luke Luke is near death on the ice planet Hoth after being attacked by a monster. It was the only contact Luke Obi-Wan in Episode V. Yoda teaches Luke Jedi powers. The importance of Obi-Wan and Yoda are protective they were Jedi, which is the inheritance fell to Luke. Obi-Wan inadvertently leads to evil Darth Vader and Vader is Luke is necessary to cope. Yoda is an old man, but Yoda Luke gives insight and power necessary to defeat the empire and save the galaxy. Luke is the cloud world of Bespin to confront Vader.
Ben was very crucial because, when Luke is in the snow on Hoth Ben is the one who appears to him and told him to find Yoda on Dagobah, but it would be completely different. Yoda is important because it taught Luke not to be too arrogant and without teaching Yoda, I doubt Vader Luke resists proposal to rule the galaxy as father and son.
