nervous? I have stage fright, and sometimes I do not want to go to school because every week I do TUSC (speaking TotallyUnbelieveable Club) and I need to show I before the class. I always get so nervous that I get butterflies in my stomach. What should I do before riding? I tried to take a deep breath, but it dosent work. What could I do to reduce my nervousness?
Nothing to it, but to do really.
Stop thinking. Focus on a young boy that you love, or hunger, or something that can easily distract you until the second you up there.
So, let's talk a lot louder than the person before you, or who called you up or whatever, because it will be more sudden the room's attention at least for a few seconds and you'll feel as you have control.
From there, it will be even easier.
You need three deep breaths, and then the pictures of all the jerseys as you approach your audience. They are just as scared as you get up in front of the class ... relax and enjoy your experience.
Whatever you do try not to think too much, it will just make things worse.
I had to make a papper in front of the class and what I did I looked at the back of the room at a blank spot in the room and if I'm Neves I had a toothpick tooth prick the finger to get my mind of the class, it worked for me, it might help you
I want something like a pencil, but DO NOT move with it, and I find the subject and to look over people's heads if it is for them like I do eye contact, but for me it's just paint on the wall behind them. Also remember that everyone feels the same thing and nothing bad will happen to you.
Hi There
I am a trainer, who always gets nervous ....
My formula is this ....
a) you see in action in your mind before the action. See things as you want it to happen
b) Action: focus on talking to the audience as a friend and not as a public
c) Use an object or a pointer for example article ... Security of your support.
Hope that helps ....
trac is very easy to treat if you do it correctly. First, find a friend in the hall or just look at someone and you become comfortable with the air of people more or practice what you say in advance. So just relax is rule number one. I am an actress and I'm always nervous when I do shows and audtions debate. Thus, it is relaxing tottaly normal. Love ya let me know if I can help you further.

I find that when I'm nervous, I can calm down, saying it's easy, I've done a hundred times, a piece of cake, etc.. I also ensure that when I start talking, I do it slowly, clearly and loudly. Do not look only in one direction, you'll have a look and spaced lose interest everyone.
In addition, always practice in advance, either in a mirror or with your friends as spectators. The more you practice, the more comfortable you are with what you say, and have less worry to forget what you tell me (what the fear is in most cases). Another thing, if you have a good imagination, is to try to imagine the audience wearing something ridiculous.
Hope this helps.
