Remember when dinner was a time to have to slow down, reconnect with your family and friends, and have a delicious, homemade meal? Remember when you eat in a restaurant meant that Louisville was a special occasion? Remember when restaurants based on the quality of the food, atmosphere and create a dining experience rather than "turntables"?
