nobody knows when the re-release of Poltergeist in theaters will be?? I saw a brief glimpse into the coming attractions, but when I didn't see ..

October 4 ............... Poltergeist when back in theaters for one night only. There will also be a thing about 15 minutes real poltergeist included with the movie.

Poltergeist birthday 25 years will be released on DVD October 9th, 2007. The Cinemark movie theater franchise will release in cinemas Poltergeist limited. I'm in Dallas, Dallas Observer and reports to celebrate the 25th anniversary, the week of October 26 through November 4.

There is no info on imdb yet. I suggest you research from time to time and checking on Is not It Cool News, too.

I do not think they are. It will be reissued (again) on DVD in October. It's a good movie (reminds me a lot of the first house I grew up), I have a copy, so I'm probably not going to buy a new one.
