Pillow Talk

What is the best type of pillow for side sleepers? I sleep with my arm under my pill, but my pillow is old as 15-20 years at least, so he is not comfortable. I sleep more comfortable on my bare arm with the pillow, but my ear sticks to my arm. I tried several new pillows but have not found a good one. suggestions on the two marks or levels of firmness. I hate the feather pillows, it will be down or memory foam or something, feathers pricking me driving me crazy. Thank you all!

I love memory foam. I also had a pregnancy pillow which was great for sleeping side. I do not remember the name of it, but you can search "pregnancy pillow" on eBay to find the name of it. It was "U" and it was great!
