neighbor has a dog, six weeks ago and we are not the result of other problems, she tried other things to get wound up. we live in private rental and bottom of the garden there is a field and it throws the disorder dogs over the fence some time, it lands on our side so far, I ignored it but now I noticed there are rats (rats) that can be done. Is it illegal to do so.

I would like to shop lazy slob, if the summer comes, you will be infested with flies.
Fat lazy cow next door to me left his dog excrement in the garden for weeks and I have to hang fly catcher.
Unlikely to attract rats well, thats probably another question.

I guess it's illegal. But you can talk to the neighbor. Maybe she did not realize she was bothering you. Do nothing until you talk to him at least. And it is amazing too stupid advice.

I think you can notify the department of health because summer comes, even now if theres rats is a health problem. any dumping in general, even if they are not on your site.

Report it to Environmental Health Department of your local council. They will send someone round to investigate. You can be fined for letting your dog shit in the street if you do not pick up after the fact if they are leaving it for the children and others to walk or even falling is dangerous to health.

This is something Chuck pooh dog through a field near the bottom of a garden, but quite another to land in your garden (exactly how that possible?), I must say. If this occurs, it seems quite deliberate? I am not sure of legality here because perhaps the area belongs to a farmer. I suppose if he objects, there could be a problem. However, most dog pooh, in moderation, broken, especially in the summer months (from local bugs) then it should disappear fairly quickly.

Rats are more likely to come from food. Despite their reputation, they are actually very clean animals, despite living in dirty places (countries rats are not like rats in the city - they do not normally live in the sewers) and I doubt they come in after dog pooh!

Me thinks you have disagreements with its neighbors and perhaps ask them to improve their aim with their cleaning activities prior to the local authorities.

Yes, I would contact the police and let them know what is happening - and show them where they do that. Or you can just pick up yourself and lay back on the side!
