On The Waterfront

I was wondering if they offer this training in the winter or early spring? I intend to become a supervised beach (lake) in Minnesota and I need to apply for this work around Mars. The problem is that I am a regular lifeguard class in a month and they do not offer a class waterfront. So do you think they will offer a waterfront that period?

Not usually. What you can do well is take your regular class rescue and try to get a job at a pool (which is a better job in the off season, trust me) and then once you have some experience to talk to whoever runs the beach or lake. My friend was able to get the lower rate Waterfront training because the warden at the beach she wanted to work with his willingness to train on the cheap, she got a job there the same day as she began her training.
