For example: "I gots to do", "We spend their money a lot," "I kill bastards" ...
What does this s "letter to serve? Is it supposed to sound cool?

We do not add "s", only the educated people do!

It is simply a use of slang. As mentioned by other commentators, it is not proper English and shows the real ignorance.

Ummm .. I do not know anyone who talks like that and it is certainly not following the rules of grammar of the English language.
