Consider the atmosphere and Eyedea & Abilities:) they are incredible.
Where's Bone Thugs N 'Harmony? or Three 6 Mafia
I've never seen Ice-T at the top of a list of the top 25.
you suck one. good for you.
I'd say a pretty good list, and I see the reasoning behind most of them. However, I think Dr. Dre would be higher on the list, whereas it is influential not only for his music, but for the discovery of so many great new artists and putting them on track. Considering that three artists whose career he is almost on the list (Eminem, Snoop, and 50), I would say it is much larger than, say, or Eazy-E Nas. I would even say he has more influence than 2pac, 2pac, but deserves to be # 1.
Also, I must question the validity of this list given Ice-T and Ice Cube are on it. They are popular despite their music not because of it.
You spelled wrong Kane. Now, the Big Daddy will be going to whip your @ ss.
Damn it, that was a smart @ ss response was not that. Well, some artists are good, but Tupac should not be at the top, no matter how it is legendary. Rakim, Nas Kane and should be up, but I'll give you amnesty. However, you will not be forgiven for putting the list on Method Man, GZA and NO. IF YOU really listen to the lyrics, how could you .. SMH.
Just kidding. Remove the pop rappers like 50 and you have a pretty nice list. Stick around Yahoo Answers for a little more hip-hop so hard bro.
Well job leavin haha Lil Wayne on tha list it sux ***. Im personally a big fan of Eminem. Whaddabout Straight Outta Compton, NWA-OK and theyre ... (U kno i spoke about) Also The Alchemist, not as well known, but you know ... I also like D12 (Dirty Dozen Tha haha) Cashis ... and cannot think that much huh. Dr. Dre is producing good, but it hits a little slow and his rhymes are a bit simple. hes still AWESOME though:)
Im always so Em's Shady BACK ~!
Oh yeah ... I also thought of Gang Starr, P
It's a pretty good list. I agree with most of those at the top, especially 2pac be # 1. But I would not put TI, 50 Cent or Kanye West on it, and I would put Snoop, Jay Z (who I do not), LL, and Jada much higher than The Game.
I put Kurupt, Mos Def, Canibus, DMX, and KRS One on th.
