Honeymoon Horror

I have friends who have horror stories honeymoon and was wondering if anyone else had a .... a friend and her husband booked a hotel in Cancun and when they got there, there was not (they have booked online ).... more??

My husband and I were married Labor Day weekend ... without realizing it was a hoilday we went to Branson (with very little money in our pocket) has tried to rent a room, all prices have been raised, we got to land KOA campground, cabins they had that we could afford, the location, we were full, but the location in the street had a few miles, we left and headed down, our name has been reserved the cabin, the problem is the car that pulled into the lot which was also were booked on the room by another employee in two places. Thus, when we got there another couple cabin. We then move to the Shephard of the Hills campgound fortunately, we had a tent we paid for a seat, exited the tent to see that the poles were bent and there were no points, we had to go back to the office and buy rope and chain up to two trees.
I did not pack towels or other things shower, thinking that we stayed in a hotel room. Then the brakes went out in the car and we are short of money, we had to return early. This was my honeymoon ...

It was the second attempt ...
We made reservations at the Chateau Avalon Hotel in Nice allegedly romantic in our region, to make a short story ... the bathroom and keep have been paid in advance, there was no dress: was having to wait: the clothes in the room to use while it was wet toilet seat was loose, large cinnamon roll breakfast never came, "hot deal" to the arrival has been witnessed in cold cookie jar on .... after receiving numerous conversations with management after all this that I got was a refund on the dress, they were still sending it to me, it took three months.

So the horror stories of my two attempts honeymoon.

My ex-husband got food poisoning on the second day (I was vegetarian at the time, not eating meat bad) and I had two weeks of happiness, relaxation on mine at the pool, watching films in the cafe at night. I totally enjoyed myself.

We had our honeymoon in Tennessee. My husband grew up on the beach when he wanted a honeymoon type of skiing. We were scheduled to have our wedding in a chapel on a mountain at 3:30. They called us at noon and asked if we could go back to 1:30 because there was a snowstorm coming. When the ceremony was over, there were already nearly a foot of snow on the ground. We had to drag all the way back to our cabin. We stopped beside the road and had a snowball fight in our wedding clothes. lol

We were snowed in for three days, which was not bad at all: o) lol. But it was not exactly what we expected either. We never had to ski, because when the roads were plowed around the cabin, it was time to return home.

My husband and I were checking our bags at the airport (two hours drive from home), and they did not accept his copy of his birth certificate. He was a certified photocopy of a certificate, not a certified copy. I tried to explain the difference in him before we left, but he would not hear (he took his mother's words to her, the woman, I do not think that had never been on an airplane time). The plain next left in exactly four hours, but try to get through St. Louis during rush hour in an area already 2:00 and return by 4:00, yeah. We do not have to leave overnight. We had to make a trip to his hometown to get it. On the honeymoon, it was sic.
