Hollow Gate

I will install an iron gate to my driveway. Of course, it is about 2 inches too long (just strips of iron, I can cut).

Should I use a die grinder to cut through this?

It is about 1 inch by one inch square hollow iron.

It works, but a lot of time. I would suggest a 4 ANGLE grinder "with a cut off wheel. Saw-Zall with a metal blade as well.

Will not necessarily be entirely "strait", but it should work. You could hacksaw, or use an air force cut tool (small high-speed grinder disc) ...

Use a hacksaw or Sawzall to a single subject.
