Marketplace | Get Rich Or Die Trying Get Rich Or Die Trying? It will defeat the purpose of you become rich if you can not enjoy your fruits of your work because of ill health or death. You do not have to be rich to start taking care of you.
Here are 4 tips for taking care of you while you try to get rich.
1.) Careful what you put in and on your body. It has always been difficult for me to gain weight, so as young when I started working more I eat. Supercharger eventually become a habit for me.
When I started working I would have breakfast at an all you can eat bar and then I eat a whole pizza for lunch and pizza for dinner together. I quickly became addicted to fast food. I broke quite often if the dollar menu appealed to me. I like to eat four or five dollar burgers and fries super-French companies almost every day.
I do not feel like cooking so I would buy a lot of food in the microwave. I also bought a lot of snacks. I like to eat a 10-pack of candy bars in one day, or I'd eat a whole pack of double stuffed Oreo cookies in the day.
Now I read the nutrition labels on the back of everything I buy. Knowing is half the battle. The things we put into our body consistently over a period of time will kill us. If we put in our bodies in large quantities, they will kill us quickly.
2.) Use of natural supplements and vitamins, like most foods we eat are stripped of nutrients due to processing, we must supplement our body.
I prefer natural supplements for network marketing companies because they are generally of better quality. They are also more expensive, but if you register as a distributor, you should get a discount.
3.) Get plenty of rest most of my car accident happened because I was tired. When you try to get rich you can feel like you must be on the road all the time. This is not true. You'll be much more productive when you're well rested. Also take the time to sit down and think again.
4.) Exercise-If you're like me, you do not necessarily enjoy the exercise. I can not spend long hours at the gym. I used to not lift weights when I exercise, but now I am sure to make cardiovascular exercise because it is good for the heart.
Here are some tips for the year. a) The condensation of time instead of walking for an hour trying to run as fast as you can for 1-2 minutes. b) attempt to participate in a fun sport or activity that requires a good dose of exercise.
If you feel you need to either get rich or die trying, then think again. Just richer.
