If you think it might be more useful, go to an antique shop or record store (if there is one near you) and see what they think. Do not sell on the spot (they will try to reach an agreement) but it would give you a better idea.

Seeing that he does not look like it is for an amount tremendious I suggest keeping it (That's what I would do.) But good luck finding someone who will give you a fair price!
