These figures are very high and many of them having a high BMI, when we know that obesity can cause health problems such as diabetes and hypertension.
Our lifestyle choices also affect the weight of our body as well. For example, if you and your family to visit the fast food chains frequently, then you have a tendency to keep less healthy and high nutritional choices in your home. The absence of fresh vegetables, fruits and whole grains can make the effects of the fries and burgers that much more severe. Some studies show that teenagers know how to thin the food balance for example if they choose, at a balance between what choices by eating fewer calories the rest of the day. But adolescents are overweight do not know or can not control to take balance food. Although there is evidence to show that it causes obesity, it seems that other factors and choices come into play as well.

This can lead to increased sugar levels and block arteries.
