It provides a shady, charismatic, likeable, but that always seems to be in control even after he withdrew his eyes by his enemies. However, the rest of the film is simply devoid of conflict and is simply nothing other than a rebuilt, reconditioned, worse version of its predecessor "Desperado". It is the promise in this film. He has a good story and quite a good cast, but it just was not delivered in the best possible way.
