Traffic tickets may become null and void? I received a ticket today. The soldier told me that I have a court appearance June 29 at 9:30. As I am a juvinille, he held court juvinelle. It is on all of its records. But on my private note of the date is July 21 at 10:00 in the District Court of general circulation. Is this the part descrepency / error to allow the agent my ticket to become null and void?
NO. Traffic citations are handle by the same court, whet you are 14 or 90 years. It is considered civil offenses unless you injure someone or cause property damage. Here's what will happen without doubt, you go to court and the judge can give you the option of paying the fine or the judge may waive the fine if you take the class of driver education. These classes are easy to take and you can do in a day, usually on weekends. The class cost less than $ 40.00. And if I were you, I take the class before my court date so that your case can be opened and closed the same day.
I usually take the class this way I did not pay the fine, and there is no point to assess my driving records. I took the same class in Texas and California, nearly four times over the past nine years, all speeding.
But if you ignore your hearing date, a warrant may be questioned by the Court, and the next time you stop, they will put your *** in jail. Believe me Bro, do not fight against the system. Good luck and happy motoring.
Pay the ticket.
There is no legal requirement to dismiss a ticket because of an error. You have accepted the ticket and it is now your responsibility to contact the clerk of the court to resolve it.
Pay now, so its a smaller amount. The officers are never mistakes' they can do whatever they want and you'll still pay only the interest is added and you'll pay much more. Pay when you can stay off their radar screen.
No go by what is on the ticket. Go to the office of judges is on the ticket and ask a reporter judification. This will allow you to take defensive driving and after 3 or 6 months without another ticket, it will be removed from your driving record.
it will not void the tickets, pay and get on with your life.
Call the agent or the court to redress this.
