Dirty Work

Hey I'm in high school and I am very interesting to become an RN? I plan to go to Cal State Northridge. I wondered if the nursing school would be difficult here? I also wanted to know what nurses do, because I heard they own people and pees and poo all the dirty work of others. Is this true?

From what I know about it, there are many different types of work involved, which may include many Dirty Work, Mind you that the world all depend on what you exactly you mean really dirty job ...
