Cthulhu Mansion

I will describe this old movie as best I can. This first film was released in the early 90s if I'm correct ....

There was this man of average age who was a magician and his adult daughter named Lisa, who accompanied him. Her daughter had short hair blond and I think they both worked at a carnival. During the night, when both were about to leave and go home they are huge, they were threatened and detained by the gang who were looking for drugs coke. The leader of the band name drug was Hulk. Other members were a brother and a sister, brother was killed very sore leg and need help so that the gang held up the magican old and daughter is to help them. And finally, the gang had two other members, another female and a male.
After they decided to cooperate and help the gang members, they took their house and when they arrived at the mansion house, things are very strange and twisted. Each member of the group continued to be killed left and right with unknown curses.
I remember two types of fatal deaths happened in that house where everyone was still in captivity until they are finished the fly and make them help the guy who was shot in the leg .

The first death I remember the mansion was one of the gang members decided to take a shower in the bathroom and the shower while he was ... Suddenly the shower door would not open and the shower water has changed the water blood red. Then the guy kept screaming and the water continued to fill the bathroom with lots of blood until he drowned him and then he died and all the blood removed and had disappeared ...

The second death I remember the guy's sister who was shot was sitting on a chair beside a window that was cracked a little tree and some vines had seized and scattered all over his body and killed him and sufficated took the body away once the vines thinned and back left by the window ...

Finally I remember the late, well, father magican tried to fight gangs Hulk last part and then something happened to him and his body and he has transformed into a kind of mutant monster and was cursed. He told his daughter, Lisa, and then leave the guy who was wounded in the leg was like "We gotta get out," then the girl was like "No", then the father magican was like "Let Lisa , Let ... You must go ... Before you harm. " Then later, the White House began to crumble and tear and then the father magican descended slowly into the ground and basement is destroyed to save her daughter and the guy who was shot and that was the end ....

So can anyone remember this old horror movie? I also think it came out at the time when the return of the undead came out and The Puppet Master Movies that too I think ...
