You can try the local Army Hi. Is she still in the country where it has traveled to another country. Your best bet would be to check with your local police station and explain to them and ask for help. If you can not help immediately, they should be able to put you in touch with someone who can. What about placing an ad in the personal column of local newspapers or try your local TV / radio - they could put a message on the airwaves.

PS In the United States have a Missing Persons Alert System called "Amber Alert" is posted on the highway and road signs and their success rate in finding missing persons is very high. There should be something like that here.
