Armed For Action

learn to swim for the last 2 months. Unable to learn the front crawl arm action. Kicking is OK when I'm floating. But once I get to the action of the arms, kicking stops, the body breaks down and I stopped (pool is 5 meters deep). Unable to control the action of the arms and kick together. Things are in the same state for a period of one month or more, unable to progress further.

Should I practice differently or a little exercise to learn this?

It seems that I have my shoulder little tight.

You can try to learn other strokes such as breaststroke swimmer who is for some easier to learn. Try doing other exercises such as diving / jumping into the pool, tumbling, floating in one place. If you can go to another making the kick arm and leg move together, you can find general confidence has improved water and you are able to do so.
You can also try to just make the arm action with a pull buoy between your legs (available at most recreation centers or you could buy one from this link:)

Use the drop buoy to keep your legs while you become stronger and more confident in using your arms race and then trying to put together again without a pull buoy.

The proper choice of the pool is essential. As you are a beginner, use a pool with more water to the waist.
Get the mechanics of flutter kick correct, taking a deep breath, holding it while the front float and kick as far as possible. Then do the stroke correctly without having to turn the head on its side on a single breath.

The quickest and better control in a few weeks, is to join a small group in a good coach.
Otherwise, you can try to fathom that uses little energy, and your physiology can fit this style perfectly.

Try the action arm without kicking. Use a float between your legs.
Otherwise, just for a longer stroke.
