What a day, during a 30 day notice Am I completely disappeared? the 30th day or the next day? Basically, I received a notice 30 days July 15 to vacate the property. I was on a month to month and had lived there for over a year, so I know I was supposed to be given notice of 60 days (IM in Los Angeles, California), but I let it slide. I paid rent from August 1 to 15 August. the rent was accepted, there is null-and-invalidate the date of the notice of 30 days and moving my last day and a night in qualifying on Aug. 15 instead of 14. I planned all my business to be spending the night of 15. the problem is I missed my public opening hours of storage of 90 minutes, so I had no place to put my stuff back, except in the apartment.
The question now becomes, can I use my 16th move in the morning ', or was I supposed to have left the property at times in the 15? he is like the hotels, where if the rent three days and nights u, u should be done the next morning to 12pm?
im asking this because the manager will take to hire a full extra day because I had my stuff in the apartment on the 16th, although I was not there to 12.
Paying the rent for the extra day and be glad he did not lock and sell the materials for what he thought, where the late fees as the rent for an additional month's time it would take to clean and rerent. You could maybe even fight and win, but the law and the owner would more than likely draw and end up costing you more (a lawyer and others) paid on the day wxta and go on your little man way with all your belongings.
turns out I was right and I could not wait for tomorrow, and therefore I was not charged for that day. So anyone who voted for Loyd / Mary P is illegal, uneducated answer, it was wrong to do so - especially since he didn't answer the question. Flag
. You pay on August 31. The notice must be before the "due date of your periodic rent." They can not give him Aug. 2 to Aug. 31 indicator.
