A fan film is an article which stipulates that films are just as likely to receive, 2, 3 or 4 view, but one third as likely to receive a score of 1.

In testing this, is the null hypothesis:
1. All films are just as likely to score 1, 2, 3 or 4.
or
2. All films are as likely to receive a 2, 3 or 4 rating, but one third as likely to receive a score of 1.
